School Revise (schoolrevise.com) is a free online K–12 education platform that provides AI-powered study tools, structured chapter-wise courses and live tutoring sessions for students, teachers and parents across India, Qatar, the UAE and the wider Gulf region.

This Privacy Policy explains how School Revise collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. By using School Revise, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

📄 2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information depending on how you use our platform:

Information you provide voluntarily:

• Name and email address — when you register an account, sign up for our free PDF download, or contact us
• Profile information — grade level, subject preferences and learning goals (if provided)
• Teacher information — qualifications, subjects taught and course content uploaded by teachers who join the platform
• Messages and enquiries — content of messages sent through our contact form or support chat
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe or PayPal; we do not store card details on our servers

Information from AI tool usage:

🤖 4. AI Tools & Data Processing

School Revise uses AI technology (powered by Groq API with the Llama language model) to generate educational content including worksheets, lesson plans, explanations, evaluations and more.

How your data is handled with AI tools:

• Text you enter into AI tools is sent to our secure server and then to the Groq API for processing
• We do not store the content of AI prompts linked to individual user identities
• AI-generated outputs are created in real time and not saved to our databases
• Do not enter sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, national ID numbers) into AI tools

School Revise uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience on our platform.

Types of cookies we use:

We share only the minimum data required for these services to function. We do not sell your data to any of these parties for advertising purposes.

We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe/PayPal and never stored on our servers

School Revise is an educational platform designed for K–12 students, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy very seriously.

• Students under 13 should use School Revise with parental awareness and consent
• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent
• Our free AI tools can be used without creating an account, minimising data collection for younger students
• Parents may contact us at hello@schoolrevise.com to review, correct or delete their child's data
• Teachers who enrol students in courses are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

We use Brevo to manage our email list. Your email address is stored securely and never shared with or sold to third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Notify registered users by email where the changes are significant
