💡 Summary: Free AI tools have no charges. For paid courses and tutoring sessions, we offer a fair refund policy as described below. We always aim to resolve issues first before processing refunds.
🆕 Free AI Tools
All 18 AI tools on School Revise are completely free. There are no charges, subscriptions or hidden fees for using any of our free tools. Since there is no payment involved, no refund policy applies to the free tools.
✅ No payment = No refund needed. Our free tools are always free.
📚 Paid Courses — Refund Policy
We want every student to be satisfied with their learning experience. Our refund policy for paid courses is as follows:

⚠️ Please note: Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@schoolrevise.com with your order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
🏫 Live Tutoring Sessions — Refund Policy
Live one-on-one tutoring sessions are time-based bookings. Our refund policy for tutoring sessions:
- Cancelled 24+ hours before session: Full refund ✅
- Cancelled 2–24 hours before session: 50% refund
- Cancelled less than 2 hours before session or no-show: No refund ❌
- Teacher cancels session: Full refund or free rescheduling ✅
- Technical issues on our platform prevent the session: Full refund or free rescheduling ✅
To cancel a session, email us at hello@schoolrevise.com or use the cancellation option in your account dashboard.
💳 How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal etc.)
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank or payment gateway processing may add an additional 2–5 business days
- For international payments, currency conversion fees are non-refundable
❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Completed live tutoring sessions where the service was delivered as described
- Course certificates that have already been issued and downloaded
- Subscription fees for periods already used
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless there is a platform error
- Courses purchased during special sale events (clearly marked at time of purchase)
💬 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email hello@schoolrevise.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Step 2: Include your order ID, course name and reason for refund
- Step 3: We will respond within 24–48 hours with a decision
- Step 4: If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
