✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using School Revise (schoolrevise.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, parents and visitors. We may update these terms periodically — continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

🏫 2. About School Revise
School Revise is a free online K–12 education platform providing AI-powered study tools, chapter-wise courses and live tutoring services for students, teachers and parents across India, Qatar, UAE and the Gulf region.
We operate as a marketplace connecting students with independent teachers for live tutoring sessions. We are not a recognised educational institution and our services are supplementary to formal schooling.
👤 3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Students under 13 must have parental consent to create an account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
✨ 4. Free AI Tools
Our 18 free AI tools are provided at no cost and without warranty. By using them you agree that:
- AI-generated content is for educational assistance only and may contain errors
- You will not use AI tools for any unlawful, harmful or deceptive purpose
- You will not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
- You will not enter sensitive personal information (passwords, financial data, national IDs) into AI tools
- School Revise reserves the right to limit or restrict AI tool usage to prevent abuse
✅ Our free tools are always free. We will never charge for tools currently offered at no cost without giving advance notice.
📚 5. Paid Courses & Tutoring
- Course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- International prices may be shown in USD/AED/QAR and are subject to currency conversion
- Purchasing a course grants you personal, non-transferable access to that course
- You may not share, resell or redistribute course content
- Course access is valid for the period specified at time of purchase
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (available on our website)
👨🏫 6. Teacher Terms
Teachers who join School Revise to create courses or offer tutoring agree to the following:
- You confirm that all information provided about your qualifications is accurate
- You own or have the right to use all content you upload to the platform
- You will not upload copyrighted content without permission
- You will conduct tutoring sessions professionally and as described
- School Revise retains a commission on course sales and tutoring sessions as agreed
- We may remove content that violates our guidelines without notice
- You are an independent service provider, not an employee of School Revise
🚫 7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use School Revise to:
- Post, share or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing or offensive
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity
- Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorised by us
- Upload viruses, malware or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in academic dishonesty (submitting AI-generated content as your own in formal exams)
⚠️ Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
© 8. Intellectual Property
- The School Revise name, logo and brand are our intellectual property
- Platform design, code and features are owned by School Revise
- AI-generated content created using our tools is for your personal educational use only
- You may not reproduce or distribute School Revise content commercially
- Teacher-uploaded course content remains the intellectual property of the teacher
💳 9. Payments & Billing
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay
- We do not store your card details on our servers
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated
- For Indian users, GST will be applied to paid services as required by Indian law
- International transactions are subject to your bank's exchange rate and fees
- Failed payments do not grant access to paid content
🚫 10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to School Revise at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms and Conditions
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
- Provide false information during registration
- Misuse our AI tools or platform features
You may also delete your account at any time by emailing hello@schoolrevise.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered under our Refund Policy.
⚖️ 11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. For international users, we will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before any formal proceedings.
