1. Stress management techniques

Stress is tension from difficult situations. Manage it with physical exercise, yoga, meditation, enough sleep and good time management.

2. Self-awareness

Self-awareness means knowing your own strengths, weaknesses, emotions and values. It helps you improve and make better choices.

3. Self-motivation

Motivation is the drive to act. Internal motivation comes from within (interest, satisfaction); external motivation comes from rewards or praise.

4. Self-regulation and goal setting

Self-regulation is controlling your own actions and emotions. Set SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound.
