Employability Skills · School Revise

Self-management means taking responsibility for your own behaviour and well-being, and managing yourself with the people and resources around you. A self-managed person completes tasks independently, sets goals, and corrects their own mistakes.
Self-management skills include self-confidence, stress management, working independently, team work, time management, self-motivation and good personality.
Self-confidence is the belief and trust in your own abilities. It is built by social factors (family, friends, teachers), cultural factors (values and customs) and physical factors (activity and health).
Confidence-building tips: get rid of negative thoughts, think positively, stay happy with small things, stay clean and smart, and spend time with positive people.
