1. Natural resource conservation

Our environment includes land, water, air, plants and animals. Natural resources must be conserved because they are limited. Cutting trees, pollution and waste cause an imbalance in the ecosystem.

We can protect the environment by saving water and electricity, planting trees, reducing waste and avoiding pollution.

2. Green economy and green skills

A green economy is one that improves human well-being while reducing harm to the environment. Green skills are the skills needed for jobs that protect the environment.

Green skills and a green economy create ‘green jobs’ and help build a clean, healthy and sustainable future.
