Presentation software makes a set of slides to show ideas to an audience, one screen at a time.
1. Slides and content
You add a new slide, then put a title and text on it, and insert images. Keep each slide short and clear.
2. Layout, transitions and animation
A layout arranges the title and content on a slide. A transition is the effect when moving from one slide to the next, and an animation makes an item appear or move on a slide.
3. Running a slide show
Start the slide show to display the slides full screen, and move forward or back with the arrow keys. Use few words, large text and clear pictures.
